Audition (The Fools Who Dream)

I first heard this arrangement at my friend Steven’s master’s recital, and I immediately fell in love with it. The original song is so beautiful, and he did such an incredible job with the arrangement, I remember asking him for a copy of it as soon as the recital finished. Now, this is one of my favorite vibraphone pieces to play, and I think for the rest of my life if I ever need to whip out a vibraphone solo for something, it will be this one. My only regret is that I don’t have a 3.5 octave vibraphone to really bring this arrangement to life.
